About
Sometimes the hardest change is the one you choose for yourself
Dr. Kei Alegria-Flores founded CatalystIQ to help high-achieving professionals navigate complex career transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
As a behavioral scientist, former global executive, entrepreneur, and business owner, Kei understands change from both sides: she has spent her career studying why people change and has navigated several major professional reinventions herself.
Her career has taken her from academia and research to corporate leadership, independent consulting, entrepreneurship, and business ownership. Along the way, she learned that knowing you want something different and actually taking the leap are two very different things.

Today, she combines behavioral science with firsthand experience to help people work through the fear, uncertainty, identity shifts, and competing priorities that can make even the most accomplished professionals feel stuck.
If you know something needs to change but aren’t sure what comes next, let’s figure it out together.
The Approach
Career change isn’t just about figuring out what you want next. It’s about understanding what’s keeping you stuck and then building the clarity and confidence to move forward.
01
Understand What's Making You Feel Stuck
Uncover the fears, assumptions, competing priorities, identity shifts, and behavioral patterns making it difficult to move forward, even when you know something needs to change.
02
Define What Comes Next
Get clear on what you actually want from your next chapter by separating your own priorities and definition of success from the expectations you’ve accumulated along the way.
03
Turn Clarity Into Action
Translate what you want into realistic next steps, test possibilities, navigate uncertainty, and start making decisions without waiting until you feel completely certain or fearless.
04
Build Confidence Through Progress
Create momentum through action, learn from what happens, adjust when needed, and build the confidence to keep moving toward a career and life that feels more intentionally yours.
